Thisdocument provides information about Voozo Dealer Limited, the products we offer, the services we willprovide, what we charge for our services, who regulates us, what to do if you have a complain, and detailsabout the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.

Voozo Dealer’s goal is to make the new car sourcing experience for consumers more interactive andconvenient, while leveraging our company’s ingrained “dynamic and revolutionary thinking” approach toconstantly strive for improvement in everything we do, from making the tea, to ordering new vehicles.

Voozo Dealer Limited is credit broker and not a lender. We are authorised and regulated by the FinancialConduct Authority. We provide motor vehicle finance brokerage services to customers via a third party financepartner on a lease agreement.

VoozoDealer shall provide you with either general information regarding the finance products, or comparabledetails of firms most appropriate to your lending or purchase requirements.

Whilst appraising your individual requirements, we may seek such information about your personalcircumstances and objectives as might be relevant in order to enable us to identify & understandyourrequirements. it is important that you provide us with honest, accurate and relevantinformation so that we cantry to match you with the most suitable product.

Products Used by VoozoDealer

As a Financial Conduct Authority regulated credit broker, we may introduce you to a range of financeproviders who may be able to help you finance your vehicle and provide other products/services, such asvehicle maintenance and servicing packages.

We will only offer products from a carefully selected panel of finance providers. We will not refer you outsideof this panel. You can ask us for a list of the suppliers who provide our finance and insurance products. All theproducts we offer are optional.

We may receive a fee for introducing you to one of our many lenders who assists with your agreement.

Charges for Using Our services

Voozo Dealer Limited charge a Vehicle Sourcing Fee of up to £500 + VAT for our services. The Vehicle SourcingFee represents the costs incurred by Voozo Dealer Limited for processing the lease agreement. This VehicleSourcing Fee is payable by debit or credit card, PayPal or by BACs payment and is taken once the financeapproval has been received, along with all relevant paperwork signed by yourself instructing us to place anorder on your behalf.

Please be advised that certain services offered by Voozo Dealer Limited are not regulated by the FinancialConduct Authority. However, the Financial Ombudsman Services has now been extended to handle somecomplaints under the Consumer Credit Act.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Whilst we work hard to ensure our customers do not experience any dissatisfaction, we recognise thatoccasionally there may be instances where customers need to register a complaint or dispute.

In order to assist in the resolution of your problem, you should provide the following information in writing:

VoozoDealer will always answer any complaints as quickly as possible but always within eight weeks.

If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial OmbudsmanService.

The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)

You may also be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we are unable to meet our obligations.Thisdepends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim.
